Custom handmade décor, sun-drenched rooms, exposed brick, and sweeping views of the city make this home truly unique. The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops, and is stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. Four bedrooms and open living and dining areas offer your group plenty of space to spread out. Other special features include a large walk-in shower, hardwood floors, a fireplace, and a full bar. Sip a cold drink and watch the sunset from the back patio on the main floor or the balcony overlooking the city. You’ll love the residential feel of this neighborhood full of trees that is just minutes from downtown!
Guests will have access to the main house, yard, and decks. There is no parking on the premise, there is plenty of free on-street parking available.
A valid Government-issued ID is required upon check-in, which begins at 4PM. Once we’re able to check you in and give you the keys, we’ll show you how to access the garage and roof-deck, and then it’s all yours! Please just know that you accept full responsibility as our client, for all property and assets within the loft during your rental.

Everything you need should be within walking distance. If you and your friends are looking to get around in style, we have a few 420-friendly luxury vehicles in our fleet that we can provide.
Garage parking is optional, and we also have access to exclusive cannabis tours, grow-room tours, and cannabis-infused private chef service!
This is a cannabis-friendly home, so we allow guests to smoke pipes, bongs, or vaporizers as long as it’s not getting out into the hallway and bothering the neighbors. Also, we’re very strict about no smoking cigarettes, blunts, joints, spliffs inside the loft. Cigarettes cannot be smoked on the front porch or within 25 feet of the front door. Please don’t leave us a sink full of dishes. No pets allowed inside the loft or on the roof deck, and please take your shoes off when entering the loft.
