THE HOUSE

This stand-alone home has been renovated several times throughout it's life, and features a preserved-style with historical touch points resembling it's natural era (1885). Cannabis is permitted inside the house as long as it's consumed responsibly and respectfully. Enjoy the BBQ grill in the backyard, as well as lawn games, outdoor bistro lights, outdoor sectional couch, and firepit.

The main floor of the house contains a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living room with sectional couch and 60" SmartTV, as well as another spacious dining room with a conference table and another 60" SmartTV. Perfect for mingling, entertaining, and relaxing! In addition to the pullout sofa downstairs and several memory-foam rollaway beds, the three spacious and well-equipped bedrooms upstairs contain a total of 7 real beds, and each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen SmartTV.

ACCESSIBILITY

This house is not handicap accessible. No one lives on the property full-time, so our guests will be provided the highest level of privacy and security.

CHECKING IN

Early check-in times are available for an additional fee. Standard check in time is 4:00pm. The responsible party who books the reservation must be at least 21 years of age. Anyone consuming cannabis or alcohol must also be 21+. A valid, government-issued ID is required upon check in. Once a booking is confirmed, your reservation will be assigned a "Personal Concierge" who will welcome you at the property, give you a tour of the house, handoff the keys, and then leave you to your privacy. By renting the house, guests accept full responsibility for all property and assets within the house during the duration of your stay.

LOCATION

Located in the best part of downtown Denver, this historical home is adjacent to Historical Curtis Park, and is centrally located to very popular destinations in and around the city. Denver International Airport is located approximately 25-30 minutes away from downtown.

TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS

Interested in securing private cannabis-friendly transportation while you're here? Our guests receive exclusive access to our transportation fleet, which include a 12-passenger Chrysler 300C Stretch Limo, Tesla Model X [SUV], Tesla Model S [Sedan], and a swarm of 50cc scooters. Hourly, half-day, or full-day rentals are available, starting at $75/hour. Limo and Tesla rentals include a professional driver/chauffeur, bottled water, and cannabis hardware. (No cannabis is product is provided since we are not a licensed distributor.)

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Check out time is 11:00am. Minimum stay of 2 nights is required on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

RULES

This is a cannabis-friendly home, so we allow guests to smoke pipes, bongs, or vaporizers as long as it’s not causing any disturbance to the neighbors. Tobacco is strictly prohibited inside the house, or on the front porch. No pets allowed, no exceptions. We kindly ask that shoes are removed before entering the house if the weather is precipitous. Please be advised that additional fees will be assessed to the CC on file if any of the house rules are broken.
